Ken has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in the financial services industry. He has partnered with executives, managers, and teams across diverse organizations, helping clients build effective relationships that directly impact performance and business goals.


Expertise: Ken helps individuals and teams identify their signature strengths, address performance gaps, develop interpersonal skills, and increase emotional intelligence. His expertise includes one-on-one executive coaching, executive team development, and leadership workshops and retreats.


Recent Project: He designed and facilitated a Leadership Retreat to build an executive team and develop a strategic communication plan for an international healthcare company. The project included individual and team executive coaching, a strategic communication plan, and training and coaching on how to manage crucial conversations.

Debra Hamilton


An accomplished organizational learning consultant and communication, leadership, and teambuilding coach . . .
Debra has been working in the field for 20 years helping individuals at all levels build collaborative work environments and guiding managers and leaders toward performance-driven communication.


Expertise:  From needs assessment to expert workshop facilitation, Debra develops creative learning programs that engage participants and deliver immediately usable skills. Her expertise includes interpersonal communication, workplace diversity, strategic communication for managers, leadership development, and executive presentation skills coaching.


Recent Project: She customized a Leader as Chief Communicator program to improve communication and build trust for a three-generation family-owned engineering business. The project included executive communication skills coaching, a strategic employee communication plan, and a series of lunch-and-learn workshops focused on managing conflict and building team collaboration.
