The Momentum Starts with the Workshop

Level one of the Leadership Development Framework™ is more than a workshop. It is a four-month program that begins with a three-day intense, high-energy workshop, in which we use our Integrated Learning & Developmentmodel to build a sustainable learning environment. Our targeted follow-through, which includes a peer coaching model, interim facilitation, and shadow coaching, gives participants opportunities to practice their leadership skills and behaviors while addressing real business challenges from their jobs.
